Join your local Sacramento flowmies for an evening of post-Equinox ecstatic free flow celebration jamming! We'd like to celebrate the Spring Equinox with a community ecstatic flow jam (18+ years old), basking together in a swirl of beautiful lights.
This is our first official community event, and we're excited to create with our local community!

About Ecstatic Flow
Similar to Ecstatic Dance, Ecstatic Flow features an open flow space that is focused on expressive jamming out. The flow room will be a no-talking space for getting lost in the sauce. But, don't worry! There will be a separate room for hanging out and catching up.
This is our first open community event - a monumental occasion! Tell your friends, co-workers, family, neighbors, neighbors’ neighbors - all of ‘em! We’re ready to dazzle together with you all.
Get Tickets
To purchase tickets in advance, you can send ticket payment through Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal. Tickets are $20 each, so make sure you send the correct amount for the number of tickets you'd like!

Use the "Send to a Friend" option and make sure your first and last name are included in the memo so that we can check you in on event day.
We will also be selling tickets at the door on the day of the jam, where you can pay with cash or credit card in addition to the options above.

What kinds of props are allowed?
We welcome (almost) all types of flow props! Note that this is a NO FIRE *indoor* jam (yay safety!), and because it is a shared flow space you'll want to be mindful of how much space your prop(s) requires.
We encourage glow props (pretty lights 🤩), and ask that all fire props are cleaned of soot (as best you can) withs wicks covered so that we don't leave any soot marks in this beautiful space. We will have a few aerial hoops available throughout the evening as well (for current aerial students only).
If you're unsure about your prop, or you have a notably large prop (haaay), please reach out and we can coordinate options.
What if I don't want to use a prop?
Using a prop is not required to jam out in the flow space! Whether you want to take time to just dance/move, relish some acro yoga time, or take a stretch/breathing break and just appreciate the space, the flow room is for everyone! Just make sure you maintain the no-talking agreement - it's part of what makes this space so special! If you'd like to chat, we'll have other rooms that welcome conversation.
Can we wear shoes in the flow space?
Shoes can be worn on the concrete in the flow space, but not on the mats. If you want to wear shoes while flowing, please make sure the soles of your shoes are (reasonably) clean and won't leave marks on the floor.
Is this a family-friendly event?
This is an adults-only 18+ event this time, but we'll consider hosting a family-friendly jam in the future if there's interest. Let us know!
Will there be food/drinks available?
Closed water bottles are allowed throughout the space, and there will be filtered water available for refilling your bottles after getting nice and juicy in the flow room. We will have some snacks available, and you can bring your own food (sharing is caring) - just note that food and drinks are not allowed in the flow space (besides closed water bottles).
Should I dress up?
YES!! We want this to be an engaging community experience, so wear all your best circus gear (or however else you want to express yourself)! We can't wait to see your outfits!
About the Venue
The Phoenix Loft
The Phoenix Loft is a local Sacramento aerial and circus gym that offers specialized classes in aerial skills (silks, hammock, lyra, and many other unique props). It was founded in 2024 by the incredible Kat Boston, who works with a team of mind-blowing aerialists that will amaze you with their skills, leadership, and guidance (you’ve probably seen several of them in our Aries Moon Circus productions over the years). We’re thrilled to be working with this community hub for developing circus arts!
